Meet Jason & Adrian, owners of Barbot Property Maintenance.
Barbot Property Maintenance excels from the convergence of two distinct but complementary paths. Jason brings a rare combination of elite athletic discipline — forged as a US National soccer team competitor and University of Maryland scholarship athlete — and 15+ years of senior corporate leadership overseeing a private brand division at a multi-billion dollar company. That career sharpened his strategic thinking, operational precision, and drive for excellence. But landscaping was always the dream quietly waiting in the background, and when the moment came, he stepped away from the corporate world to build something of his own.
Alongside him, Adrian is a landscape designer whose creative career has always been grounded in a hands-on approach to craft and client relationships. From creative directing print publications to helping build ViX into the world's largest Spanish-language streaming service — recognized as the 2022 Apple TV App of the Year — he has consistently turned big ideas into tangible, lived experiences. That same sensibility carried directly into his work at Pergola Plus Florida, where he personally led outdoor design projects across Palm Beach and Broward counties, working closely with clients to shape spaces that were as functional as they were beautiful. Whether directing landscaping teams locally or overseeing projects overseas, Adrian stayed close to the work — on-site, in the details, and in constant dialogue with the people his designs were built for.
